Good luck! My LO was like this when he was first born and thought it would end. I didn't try to put him on a schedule. Staying home I figured I'll let him sleep when he wants and join him when he does. I see you have 3 and I'm sure that's not on your list of options. Have you looked on Pinterest for any schedule ideas?

We keep the baby up like playing until sleepy . Give a warm bath and bottle at like 10:30 then swaddle baby can't refuse. The bath usually wake them up they cry and get so sleepy til they fall
