So my SO was late paying the rent and the manger of my apartment place said that ok she didn't charge him a fee instead she asked him to buy her lunch. Now I think that inappropriate and unprofessional he thinks I'm over reacting I need a second opinion

I would go ape shit. That's not okay and taking her out to dinner is basically paying the late fee so I would rather pay that and tell her boss. So inappropriate and not acceptable
