The nausea, migraines, and dizziness can go away. I can't even stand up without having to have my husband support me from falling over. I have been drinking lots of water and eat healthy and a lot. What can help this.
@tinyhints, I'll have to pick up some of those. I have tried candy for blood sugar and crackers. Nothing really works

@jessyleigh, then it's probably your blood pressure is low... mine was 91/57, felt awful! Headache, dizziness, nausea, extreme fatigue, yet when I tried to sleep my body was restless like nothing I did made it better! Slowly my BP is coming back toward normal... but I'm almost at 12 weeks! Praying by 14 weeks it will be gone!
@dreamermom, I have been eating here meals and snacks almost every 15-30 mins and nothing helps. 🤦🏼♀️
Mine was low blood pressure... if that is the case for you, you just have to wait it out! 🤕 could be low blood sugar also... try eating something to see if that helps
