Question I don't know if this is the pregnancy or the lupus. Blew my nose and a clot came out but along with that my head hurts and my face as well like if I were punched in the face. Has this accord to anyone else?
Okay ladies I need help . I'm trying to keep my skin clear . I wash my face and use face moisturizer but I'm still getting pimples .

OT. rant! forward facing early ok, so in my birth month forum (October 2012) someone posted a picture of their lo riding in the car in a forward facing seat! what???? it baffles me when parents do this. I'm not trying to offend anyone.. but why do ppl do this?? the oldest baby in our birth month is 9 months, she was 3 months premature. but even at 9 months I wouldn't have my child forward facing.
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no, his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me and did something else with an other girl.... and it's 10:51 am now and he hasn't texted me at all. and after he dropped me off I texted him saying what I felt and nothing. I don't know if I'm over reacting or what or what should i do. do i wait until he text me?
I know I look weird and what not but my face is breaking out so bad. Anybody know any creams I could use?.

NO . ive had nose bleeds but nothing as what your going through and this is baby number 2

I called the OB they are going to have me meet with my lupus team tomorrow
