my child has been waking up about 3 am & just screams.. I have to be at work at 7 so it's taken a big tole on me.. any suggestions ? we cosleep so shes right beside.

What time do y'all go to sleep, and is she breastfed? Maybe a warm drink will help?

we don't go to bed until 9:30- shes 19 months old.. ill give her milk & change her but this is so unlike her.
