@shaacoleee, Tylenol PM. Is the best if you need to get some rest it'll knock u out lol but ask ur doctor first but I know the most Tylenol products are ok to take while pregnant

tylenol is the only thing that works but being that i have 4 lil one i cant go to sleep during the day so i can only take them at night
