So, ants seem to be attracted to my son's little foam play mat and I don't give him food up here…

So, ants seem to be attracted to my son's little foam play mat and I don't give him food up here much but I've cleaned the whole thing with wipes and moved everything in my room to vacuum several times and they just come back. Wtf can I do?! I can't just keep vacuuming and wiping everything 24/7! My dad even used ant spray by some walls JJ can't get to ( I still wiped over it) it's aggravating as hell because I am a clean freak as it is and I just can't have fire ants running around biting my child.
