@baybiijord @beck_yemm, @sara-lou, I've declined their offer. It's was 10p more per hour than my £7.30 that I get now! Which is bloody ridiculous as it stands now, losing all the travel time and mileage allowance after tax every month I'd earn about £400 less than I do now! So it really really isn't worth it. I'd be dealing with social workers, angry customers and employees down the phone and take on a whole lot more responsibility for theoretically £45 a week more. It's not worth it, i'd rather stick to what I do now until I've qualified from my diploma xx
Congrats. Hope you can barter with your wages. I did when I first went back to work. Shame it didn't work 2nd time! lol

I'm in negotiation over pay though as they don't want to offer anymore and after tax I think we'd be a lot worse off. I make up a lot of my wage in travel time and money towards mileage which I wouldn't be getting nowhere near as much of, it's a tough one. I assumed with a higher responsibility job the wage would be higher but not in this company 😶 I may have to turn it down 😫 I was so excited about this too! @baybiijord thank you though babe xxx
@charlotteandharry ohh its such a shame that they dont do more of a payrise with the amout u would have today at least u can finish ur diploma now and at least u no ur capable of smashing the interveiw.. at least u kept your options open hun xx
