breast feeding is extremely hard and frustrating. paisley won't latch as much and when she does, she lets go without eating much. any tips or help?

My daughter is almost 3 and only 23 pounds smh. She doesn’t eat meat or anything. She only eats pasta and fries which is too much starch. Anyone ever had a picky eater?
