Need some advice ladies...my babies dad comes out to see him twice a week (my rule and he's happy with it too so no judgements please) but he just isn't giving me money for Alex...I've asked and asked and it's always either "I don't know when I get my money" or "they haven't given me my money, I've tried to find out why but I don't know" etc etc....he's getting money from the government because he doesn't have a job and even though he's told me he's looking I know for a fact that he isn't, he's happy sitting at home playing his x box and getting paid from the government. I've been told by a friend that I should cut contact if he isn't going to pay his share of Alex's expenses but my mum doesn't agree with that....I'm not sure what is best, on one hand I don't think my friends advice is good but then again why should he get all the perks and stuff of being a dad when he isn't even going to support his son? so my question is, what do you all think? do you have any advice?
I agree with @mother_of_humans and @taralou csa babes I feel like you should be getting money from him 100% I don't think stopping him seeing is a good idea unless he doesn't bother because it's good for both of them the last time my girls see there real dad they were 5months and 2yrs there now 8yrs and 10yrs they don't Evan no what he looks x
Contact CSA. they will take it out his money... or he night even deny his the dad so he doesnt have to pay, at this point they will do a DNA for legal purposes.. and if he proves to be the dad they will backdate the money he was suppose to be paying... so he will get stung either way...
regarding cutting contact... he might just go with what you say or do as it may be easier for him, rather than give you money... if i was in ur shoes id still let him see baby as hes the most important here and he will miss out because if it does go the long way about it then it could take a while... and tell him to start giving you money or your going the legal way... then give him a week or by next time he sees baby to sort it. if not then continue to call CSA... xx
I'm not sure any of us could really say what's best as I guess it's what you feel & how you want to go forward with things. He's clearly a lounge about bum who is happy to scrounge of the government & not lift a finger to work. But if you want to give it a bit more time so he can sort his affairs out I think that would be reasonable. But if he doesn't make an effort soon I'd definitely be getting more firm with him to make a contribution to his sons life.
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...
so I need some advice, I'm currently pregnant from a man who is married with a ten year old. he says he married her because they were young and how he was raised that if you get someone pregnant you have to buckle down and be a man. now that I'm pregnant he says my child has to be a secret. no family from his side and none from myself because I have no family. I feel like my child is coming into this world like a burden from him. and I have no respect from my kids father . even worse he sleep...

My SO has been rude a lot ever since I've gotten pregnant...he said he doesn't care about my pregnancy, he doesn't even take one day off from work just ONE to come to at least one ultra sound appointment. I mean he's always making sure I'm fed, he lets use the heating pad, and even apologized to saying he doesn't care. He can mess with me all day but when I want to join and play around he gives me an attitude. He just makes me feel like s*** at times. He's a great fiancé don't get me wro...
advice needed!
my 7 year old son still wets the bed at least 3 times a week, I've taken him to see a specialist and he's fine, but nothing helps I don't allow him to drink anything after 6pm, I make him use the restroom before bed and I wake him up in the middle of the night and he still wets his self, my 4 year old son never be any accidents and this is just so frustrating should I punish him because I don't feel like he even tries to avoid wetting his self
id say speak to csa xx
