7dpo.. feel super bloated this afternoon, feel constipated, lower back pain, gassy, crazy acne, cramps once in a while... my temp has gone down though so idk what to think...

Dips in the luteal phase are normal as long as not to go below the cover line also some time you get implantation dips where your body lowers the temp to let baby sink in but it doesn't always mean ur pregnant
