what should i expect at this appointment today. im 23 weeks & 5days. is this just a normal check up on baby boy or is this the day i drink the yucky stuff everyone mentions??
..i need to know because if able to i will love to eat before heading out.

I say a routine check up but every doctor's office is different I didn't get my glucose screening till about 28-30 weeks in between there. But some doctor's do it sooner some doctor's do it later @loveleeone0517 I would most definitely call and ask.
I figure they would've told you if you were doing your glucose test because they don't want you to eat beforehand and they'll give you a handout! I'd say probably just a check up but you could always call!
guess i should have wrote that in thr. my phone is off at the moment or i def would have done that first..
Short Luteal Phase?
I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...
If it were your glucose test they would give you a heads up because they can't even take your blood until an hour after you drink the syrup (which tastes like orange soda) so they would want you to know that your appointment will be longer than usual.
