I need help... my 20 month old has had terrible diherrea the past 3 days. it is now starting to hurt…

I would take him to the doctor. my son had the same thing then started throwing up. we took him to the er and he had two viruses. make sure to push fluids.

he threw up a few days ago and hasn't thrown up since. he's eating and drinking (emphasis on drinking. I had norrovirus a few days prior.

I prayed so hard it would just hit me and miss him. never had to deal with this up until now (I send a thankful nod to breastfeeding for that blessing)

give him pedialyte that has probiotics in it. @mamakey, it'll help his bowels to go back to having the normal balance of good bacteria to stop him from having watery stools
