Mommies!!
Okay, so my little Zoë-Jayd has jaundice when she was born so she had to stay in the hospital a few days longer, I would visit her & I guess with her not being by my side the first week I grew a strong attachment when she came home..
She'll be 3 months tomorrow & it seems like now she's the one with the strong attachment. She will not stay asleep longer than 10 minutes if I lay her down anywhere! But if she is in my arms, she'll be good for hours!!
Any mommies have this issue? When their baby won't stop crying until you pick them up? Or wake up when you lay them down? I need HAAAAAAALP!! 🆘❗️
my sons a shitty sleeper so I take him on walks or trips until he sleeps. then I rush home for me time lol. also have you tried a carrier?
I know, ☹️ my boyfriend tells me that all the time.
The way I see it, why keep her crying.. just pick her up to hush her up..
Hmm.. maybe elevate her a little to prevent her from choking? The thing is, if you get her accustomed to you always being there when she cries, she will never learn to soothe herself
Yeah you are right, but the thing is... she won't stop crying until 1. We pick her up or 2. She starts choking from crying/screaming.
If you know she isn't hungry, burped, clean diaper and you know she's sleepy, lay her down and let her cry for a few min until she falls asleep. Do this throughout the day and she will eventually learn how to soothe herself and put herself to sleep. I did this with my first. And now is the perfect time that she is little. You don't want to do when hedge is already 6 months/1 yr old
@kambam, yes. I'll use a carrier.. but then eventually I'll take her out & BOOM! She'll b up
