Honestly seconding guessing my relationship with my fiancé. He refuses to watch Travis. So I have to take him out at 6 am tomorrow morning to go to airport cause my fiancé can't "handle" Travis. And he says that he works all day so he needs to relax after work and that's why he can't come pick Travis up from school. But I'm not aloud to be tired from work cause I'm a mom. And gets butt hurt when someone says to me "I give you credit. Your son is not an easy child." He says that people never praise him. I just don't think I can spend my life with someone who can't even be a father. And then he says he'll fight for Travis cause he won't let me take his son away. First off, I would never do that. But then again, he can't handle watching him so how can he want custody. That means he would have to do everything.

Some men never want responsibility, just the credit. My husband... I certainly hope he's as involved as he says he will be when the baby gets here. When I'm tired, sick, or hurt his problem is worse. I'm not allowed to be tired either. Parenting should be a shared thing. It's so unfair to you. My husband doesn't help me with my step kids at all and I don't expect him to be a father to them but he is their stepdad and he took them on in marriage but I do all the running, all the dr appts, all the needs, all of it while he does his own thing. It's just nice every once in awhile to have some help from the one who claims to love you so much... 😐
