Best cream for stretch marks after pregnancy? I don't expect them to disappear completely, but would like the redness to fade. Anyone have suggestions?

I had stretch marks from puberty and I tried everything, unfortunately nothing works except time. It's good to put lotion on them though so they don't dry and itch!

Mix coconut oil and Palmer's tummy butter... Put it on everyday! Works like a charm!
