Well you can't change him if he can't change himself. It's not healthy for anyone to think of spiteful shit to happen to their child's parent. If he's not in your son's life by his own choice then maybe it's a blessing in disguise. Maybe god will let another man be that example for your child when you're ready. But never give up trying. Your son will see you were always the bigger person even when he was the coward.
Sorry it just got me upset. There's so much to story but it's way too much to say. He's got other kids he's there for too but wants nothing to do with my son. I probably cry everyday because it's not fair to him. I used to try to have conversations with about the baby but he makes it about us and doesn't realize it's not about us it's about the baby!! No need to get nasty. You post something without a back story people get a different idea. I've seen too many mothers who just out of spite laugh at their children's other parent and never think once of their kids mental and emotional well being. But if he truly isn't the father he needs to be for your child then you do what's best for your son.

Nah. He left me when I found out I was pregnant. Wasn't there for the birth and has never seen his son or even asked how he is. Not to mention he's told me before we're dead to him. Trust me, I've tried multiple times to work it out but he wants nothing to do with him. So I'll just sit back and laugh. Thanks though @babyshreiner16,
I think it's sad for your son. You two may not have worked out but now he's without his dad for so long. Plus the example it sets for him. It's sad. You should pray for him.
