Soooo question of the day, nanny or daycare? All opinions welcomed! I have my daughter in daycare currently but idk if I want to have two in daycare (expense wise).
@shellbell0391 Thanks for commenting. I was thinking about $1500 a month for a nanny. And with one child we currently pay about $600 a month for daycare. Seems like it'll be around the same cost for two kids and less hassle to get them out the door in the mornings.
I would love a nanny over sending my baby to daycare but they are way more expensive. Even if you got one that wanted to be paid only $10 an hour that's like $2000 a month for full time if you work a 9 hr day 5 days a week and include driving time (could be less). And daycare is usually around 1100 for infants and some offer discounts if you have more than one child. So I dunno I think daycare would still be cheaper than a nanny. You might be able to find inexpensive in home daycare tho. Like someone who runs a daycare out of their house
If nannying works out better for you I would definitely recommend that over daycare
