Резкая боль в области таза при попытке встать: у кого так было?

QUESTION!!! Ok so my husband and I are ttc and I went to stand up a bit ago and I practically face planted it due to a sharp second long twinge in my pelvic area.. with my first I remember the same pain but can't remember if it was early on like implantation cramps or later in my pregnancy.. has this happened to any of you??
