I'm actually back to my pre pregnancy weight but I definitely don't have the muscle tone I once did...everything is kind of flabby lol since I never have time to actually go to the gym, I've been starting at home workouts and eating healthy and can already see/feel a difference! And not to mention it's a good way to deal with all the stress I've been going through.
