Do you guys change the baby's diaper if it's pooped and she fell asleep or wait till she wakes up to change it?

I wait until my son wakes up cause he'll pee lol

if she is in deep sleep I won't disturb.. I will change after she wakes up..

with pee most of the time I'll leave him alone, but if he poops I'll change him

If it's just pee I wait until he wakes up but if he pooped I change him

I usually change bc I don't want diaper rash. I also don't want baby laying in dirty diaper.

I change her very gently so I don't wake her..I use aquaphor healing ointment, it's like Vaseline, after every change. I don't want her butt getting sore. lol I use to change pee diapers at night too, but I stopped doing that after I started using the aquaphor.
