Okay. Sorry in advance for the TMI.
My SO and I were doing the deed. At one point I felt a pop and once my haze cleared I noticed it was really wet, way worse than normal down there. My SO said he wasn't able to cum so I know it wasn't that, and even after I went to the bathroom. I was still putting out fluid. Should I be worried? Cause I keep being told I'll feel a pop for my water breaking. How true is that?

You will hear a pop and if you're still leaking I'm pretty sure you should go in because it sounds like your water broke

Very true. You will notice a pop when your water breaks. You might want to go get check.

Id go get checked... You can put on a pad and if you soak it less than an hour usually that means your water broke.
