My 3 week old hates his crib. He will literally cry all night til he is picked up and brought to bed with us. I don't know what to do cause I can't sleep if he is in his crib and can't sleep if he's in bed with us cause I'm too paranoid that one of us will accidentally hit him in our sleep, roll on him or that he could turn over and suffocate cause our mattress isn't firm like his crib mattress. We bought a small cosleeper that goes on the bed and he likes to sleep swaddled and both times we attempted to have him sleep in it he unswaddled and the blanket was up by his face between him and the mesh lining of the cosleeper on the sides and I freaked out at the fact that he could have suffocated had I not woke up both times to check on him. Any suggestions on what to do so we can both get a good nights rest safely without worrying

My daughter was the same. We bought the Velcro swaddles. It might be the halo sleep sack that @kaseylyn is talking about. But my daughter slept in a cosleeper/bassinet that came right up to our bed, it was even height. She loved it. You just have to try different things. I also remember having to sleep in the rocking chair some nights because she only wanted to be held. Good luck momma.

Try using a Halo Sleep sack swaddle. My son would always get out of the blankets not to mention what a pain in the butt it was to keep re wrapping him. The halo is easy and my son loves it. Also too once I wrap him up at night and feed him he knows it's bedtime and falls asleep for the night! If your son likes to be swaddled I highly suggest investing in one. Once I saw how much my son loved it I bought a few. If he ends up liking it I would Swaddle him and put him in the cosleeper

he hasn't realized hes separate from you yet.. maybe hubby can move to the couch.. remove all dangerous items away from him and bed share.. only if you are a conscious sleeper... its usually mothers instinct when baby is near , not to roll over.. i wouldn't recommend swaddling and putting bub on an angle due to positional asphyxiation.. if you're nursing.. try lying down nursing and put bub in a bassinet next to you when he goes to sleep.

Try the baby swing. Put it on low. Swaddle him . But I personally think the crib is still to big for him he's only three weeks.

Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no, his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me and did something else with an other girl.... and it's 10:51 am now and he hasn't texted me at all. and after he dropped me off I texted him saying what I felt and nothing. I don't know if I'm over reacting or what or what should i do. do i wait until he text me?
