For the past few days I've been really nauseous, and have been having this crazy headaches... it's impossible to be pregnant.. it's starting to freak me out.. anyone else have this after having a baby?

So about 3 weeks ago I had a miscarriage... I haven't posted about it as it's been a crappy few weeks and been getting my head around it all.. well today I've been having clear mucus when I wipe (tmi sorry). It's been happening the past few days, I've been tired, appetite has been up and down, bloated etc.. I know the right thing to do is take a test but how long after a miscarriage is it possible to be pregnant? I'm not sure whether it's just ovulation that could be happening.. I'm so confused😩
It's been confirmed: my water is broken and I have been admitted!
