They can normally just tell by feeling your stomach and where the heart beat is. I was able to tell where she was from her hiccups! You can always ask if you can have an ultrasound to check her growth. That's what I did and it worked 🤣

I haven't gotten a ultrasound since I was 20 Weeks 😭😭😭
