Looks like your mucus plug with a tad more blood id call labor and delivery and see what they'd want you to do.. it may just be the plug but you can never be to safe, they'll probably keep you if you go in.

Mucus plug doesn't always mean labor right away. Just relax and if you start having contractions wait an hour or so and then go in
