Besides Zarbees Healthy Sleep Pills, is there any sleeping aids for young children??? My toddler has trouble going to sleep and staying asleep at night...I don't want her to just be up doing whatever while everybody is sleep. I just want something safe for her age to take that helps promote sleep.

What does the healthy sleep pills do? Never heard of it.

be careful with melatonin I asked my doctor for my son who is almost 4 and she said no because he has asthma and it would effect it. my son has night terrors sometimes or will go to bed past midnight and wake up twice scared and cant fall back asleep for a while sometimes

@ls99 it's supposed to make them sleepy and help them sleep but I don't really use it with her bc it doesnt seem to work or it helps her call asleep but not stay sleep

@calliemaexo_ okay I will...ima talk to her doc about it, I think she has insomnia bc she just doesn't sleep even with no naps
