Thank you, I'm not worried about getting a lawyer, I told me sister earlier that it was selfish for her and our brother to cut me out since I've been there day in day out for 3 years. She didn't say anything. My dad had a sane moment and told her to let me help them and not keep me out of the decision making. Made me feel a little better even if she doesn't let me help at least I know my dad wanted me to and she'll have to live with it if she doesn't. @adrien5.29

@christamoore2012 Yeah I totally know what you mean....if you really want you can get a lawyer and then their plans wont go through until it's fairly set because you are your father's blood daughter and I'm so sorry your going through this just know your father will be in a better place

My father isn't in his right mind and has two weeks to live. The other two dumped me with all the kids and made all the arrangements for his final days care and didn't bother to call and ask my opinion and no they won't let me help plan the funeral told my husband today that after my parents pass, we can move out of the area and decide about us a family or continue with the divorce. But since we've been married we've had to take care of someone else and never had time to be a family or couple really. I'm not answering texts from them anymore unless it's specifically about how my dad is doing, and not taking their kids so they can get a break either since they won't take mind so I can. Done being a doormat for them.

By law the children of the same father makes the decisions together so don't worry I'm sure you'll be fine take time to yourself
