I can not hold my pee for nothing. One day I tried and I literally peed half way running to the bathroom. Mommies how can I strengthen my muscles back. I thought that was a fib 😂😩

I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
