One of my friends is applying for TANF in Missouri. So the application asks for information about the biological father and asks about perusing child support. What if the biological father is unknown? They had a one night stand with a random guy in from a bar and ended up pregnant and doesnt know their name? how do they put it on the application?

@1xmom you have to state that... just write it as detailed as possible like you just stated right now... kind of embarrassing but if you dont they may think you are lying

I didn't have to do that here in Pennsylvania. I lied and said I didn't know who he was lol and they were ok with what I said

Just leave it blank or write unknown in the space it asks the fathers name. When she has the initial interview with a person and they ask then she can tell them she doesn't know the father and it was a one night stand.
