Very sad and discouraged! Honestly don't think I can breastfeed my baby girl Smh She throws it up everytime so I guess it's not meant to be 😑😟 so I guess it's just formula!!
@mommyof2blessings., aww 😔 those are the only tricks I know. Maybe it's something you're eating that's upsetting her stomach? I had to cut dairy out. I still have cheese here n there but have lactose free milk since they said he had blood in stool. I know that's different but just a thought
@jadeybugsmommy as far as the gassy and stuff I know for sure it was that prosobee milk because she haven't been gassy or fussy or crying when she farts or horrible smell. She's on gentle lease formula so I don't know if it's that thts making her spit up or my breastmilk but it does look like my breastmilk but the color of it.
@medinaj690 I swear I try that she won't budge. tried the cheek, tickling her feet and anything else I can think of nothing work then 30 minutes later or less she's crying again wanting milk.
@brittanya91 It was so easy breastfeeding my son but yes it's definitely a challenge and difficult with her. Makes me sad
@brittanya91 They told me at the wic that she wasn't lactose intolerant and said she didn't need to be on prosobee so then I felt like it must be my milk supply that has her spitting up
Same thing happened to me! My milk was making her so gassy and fussy and she wouldn't really take it. I put her on similac soy (which was the hardest things for me because I wanted to breastfeed her for a while) and she's doing fine with it. I tried to start pumping again but it's definitely a struggle. I really wish I had more encouragement to breastfeed again especially since my milk has slowly dried up :( I say keep on trying, but if it doesn't happen it's okay too. Do what's best for your little one, trust me I felt discouraged when I stopped especially because people made me feel like I was a horrible mother simply because I couldn't breastfeed her. Only YOU know what's best for the baby so go with what you think is right.
eliminating dairy soy or whatever she has an allergy to. Giving bottles can really plumate your supple as well. breastfeeding is VERY hard. Especially the first 6 weeks.
If she falls asleep you can try stroking under her chin to get her to continue I do that with my son he falls asleep about 5-10 mins in so I give him a min or two to see if he'll continue on his own then I do that. When he doesn't react I know he's passed out and take him off and burp and see if he gives any cues for still being hungry. I had a really hard time in the beginning almost gave up after 2 weeks
@medinaj690 @brittanya91 As far as I know she don't but her dad has acid reflux. Imma get it checked out but the hospital had her on prosobee milk for spitting up and she still was doing that along with being gassy and fussy and cried when she farts and when I went to wic 2 days ago they switched her to the gentle lease formula since she was having those problems with the other formula. For one she always falls asleep and stop sucking within two minutes of me putting her on my breast then I have the medala double electric breast pump and I can't even pump half of ounce together and then wic gave me the medela purely yours double electric breast pump and it's the same thing with that one smh y'all idk 😑
have you had her checked for food allergies, GERD, or acid reflux? Have you tried an elimination diet?
I don't smoke weed. So I guess I will never understand. But I'm not sure why people smoke weed when they're pregnant!
I see so many mommies giving their babies rice cereal to sleep even though it's not recommended? Why?

I thought a few ladies on here could do with this. It's so true!
So I guess i shouldnt have updated the app.. now I can only see a few post.. 😟
I'm sorry mama. Same exact thing happened to me :( it is very discouraging. I now have to mix rice cereal with his formula so he can keep it down due to acid reflux. Very frustrating when nothing comes out when you pump. Best wishes
