Any mom's find that their baby gets a rash on their necks in their little fat folds due to moisture and lack of air getting to that area? If so what do you do for it? I've tried cleaning it as much as she'll let me and drying it and putting a&d on it and it doesn't seem to bother her at all, but I'm afraid it'll eventually contribute to the rash, so I'm tempted to try putting a little baby powder on it and on her little neck to keep it from rubbing together and getting worse, I'm not going to cake it on to the point where it's visible or anything, but just a really light coating
