Btw if you notice some curd-like structures in it, it's probably just the fat that has solidified in it, just check to make sure it's gone after you warm it up, the fat will dissolve again.

I thought it was 3-5 days in the fridge but I've seen 5-8 as well, and 3 months in a regular freezer or upwards of a year in deep freeze. Two days is def okay.

the hospital told me it's a rule of 3 3hrs out 3 days in the fridge and 3 weeks in the freezer.. but I like wat @eryka616 said better cuz it's longer lol
