I'd put one teaspoon in her 4oz bottle, starting at about two months old. I had to work up to the full teaspoon though, took me about two weeks to get there. I wanted to go slow to make sure she wasn't getting constipated.

@jtmsmom, so you just poured some in the bottle you didn't use a spoon or nothing?!

Never really measured the cereal but I would mix in one ounce of formula just just thicken it up.
