I need suggestions or advise if possible. My ex and I who have a 6 month old child have been going through it since the child has been born. Back in July 2016 he was arrested I had filed a restraining order against him but didn't go through with serving him due to the fact that he had "talked" me out of it said we could work it out and that he loved me blah blah. Well things were just ok and then the rolls were reversed. I was arrested back in the beginning of Nov 2016 and he filed a restraining order against me. I then had to get an attorney and for two months now have only been able to see my child while supervised with his mother. I have court next week and I just hope and pray things go smooth and I will get custody of my child. I am a good mother no past history or ever getting in trouble but with him and it just took that one time. I have been going to therapy and doing what I am suppose to be doing I even took a co parenting class I'm just getting nervous because I just want my baby back.
