did any mommies with a newborn get their ged or working on it?

did you have someone watch the baby while you did? because I won't have anyone to watch her and i am trying to figure out how I can study for getting my ged and take care of her while getting at least some rest. I'm not sure how to go about the whole situation tbh @beebaby

my husband is always working so it makes it harder on me 😕 @beebaby I was thinking of when he gets home at 11:30pm have him watch her for an hour and i study. and try to get some sleep before he gets home when she is sleeping so I will be more awake and alert. but I'm not sure if that is going to work out or not

he works and I stay home and take care of her. she is up mostly during the day eating every 2-3 hours and she cries if i put her down. so I hold her almost all day and it's hard to get things done because every time I try to she wakes up and starts crying and then she's hungry @beebaby and once a day she sleeps for 3 hours so I try to sleep for that 3 hours or i will try to get things done

1pm-11pm. he comes home and then eats and showers and then will lay down with our baby for probably an hour and that is when I shower and try to take a quick nap. and then he tries to sleep until 10-11am. but most the time it doesn't work out lol. but I don't really bother him because I know he works hard and it has been more stressful for him lately with things that are going on there. but he will help me out and help take care of her when he is home. I just understand he is tired so I let him rest as much as he can @beebaby

when he is home and he is not resting and watching her I try to rest. @beebaby she doesn't sleep that much during the day but I guess instead of me resting while he watches her I could study instead

I just feel bad because he is working hard and supporting us that I want to make sure he gets his rest and is okay for work @beebaby but I do understand he needs to help even though he is working. I don't want to upset him and make him think he is a bad father for not helping. I don't want to make him feel like he is doing everything ya know?

he admits I do everything for taking care of her. he appreciates it and that I don't bother him for anything @beebaby he will help when he is home but he isn't with her all day so he doesn't get how she needs to eat the whole 2oz and then she goes to sleep. he will get frustrated because she is fussy and spits out the bottle and then cries because she wants more food. I have to tell him and i just take her from him and do it myself which I should probably stop doing. but I am just going to try my best to study around her just like you did. and I am going to talk to him tonight about when he comes home if he could watch her and take care of her and get her to bed and let me shower and get some rest. because yes he does work hard and provide for us but I am up taking care of her all day. and yes I do need time to myself. he doesnt wake up when she cries lol. he is a hard sleeper so I am fine with waking up at night. she only wakes up once or twice a night which isn't bad
