My boss is such an unprofessional/inconsiderate person... He asks to call me and I say yes. Then he tells me that they let go of my co worker, who I love working with because he's one of the few people in that place who takes their job seriously. So that sucks, then I text him to see how he's doing because I know he's currently living in a house that is up for sale, and before that he lived in his car. So I just blew this up without even knowing it. My boss didn't need to tell me who he fired. He's such a... ugh. Have you ladies dealt with a manager/supervisor that doesn't behave in a professional manner and you question how they got to their position?

Yes! Currently. Well my situation is a little different, but I still relate. My dad is my boss, and he denied my maternity leave to the 4 weeks before and 6 weeks after even though it is the law. He feels that he doesn't have to follow the law because I am his daughter, even though I am an actual employee here 🙄 I completely understand having an employer that is just ridiculous.

i work in a dog salon in this salon for 12 yrs (grooming 18yrs already)in florida you have to have 15 or more employee s to get pd maternity doesn't apply to me because we just have 3 employess:/ by law they have to hold your job and i worked all 9 months of pregnancy

Same here. No paid maternity leave, but my honey and I saved enough money to cover my income loss. It sucks, but I'm glad we were allowed to plan ahead. @sherrynygirl,

@sherrynygirl, @shylamarie, that's where I'm at now. I work very hard on my feet all day and get unpaid maternity leave because my boss doesn't want to pay me for full time hours even though I work full time. So I'll work till the end then only take 3 weeks off because we don't have anything saved back. Im exhausted. :/

@morganmommy79. we did pre save. ...so far i am home 3 wks...and love it..hoping my tax paper comes in fast so i can stay home way longer ..my boss says the acct hasn't gotton the papers in their office yet so i can pick up my tax form 1099

@starting_over39 I just started there so we don't even really have a close relationship, he's just a good worker and we work alone together so we talk a lot. My boss has a tendency to just be unprofessional, if one employee complains about the other via text, he will send a screenshot to that employee. That's bad enough, but he doesn't even block out the name. That's how problems start.

Omg!! Does he have a superior that he reports to? Don't you have labor laws and guidelines that employees and employers have to follow that are mandate. I would wait for the right opportunity oh my a fix his @ss lol @sarisings
