your burning calories all day by producing milk. I think you burn around 20 calories for every ounce you breastfeed.

not necessarily, breastfeeding makes me hungry. I eat a lot.. I'm 5 weeks pp and I haven't been doing anything but tending to my LO. it's been too cold for her to go out. I lost 27 lbs since I've gave birth from the 23 I've gain from pregnancy plus 4 more.
