I've been fighting a very personal battle. I have lately felt defeated, feelings of failure, depression and anger. I've been a stay at home mom before my son was born. I loved nesting, planning, and decorating. After he was born I jumped into his routine. I felt empowered breastfeeding, I felt like an awesome parent getting him to bed on time, I wanted to pat myself on the back for not only sleep training my son to sleep from 9pm-5am in between night feeds but he taught himself to sleep on his own without coercion.
Lately my son has been put to bed late, his routine is messed up, I am late picking up my nephews, just nothing I feel is going right. I'm yelling more. Crying more. I want to show I'm a good mom by taking my son on alone. But the bottles need to be washed, laundry needs to be washed/folded/put away, I yell at my husband way too much and he doesn't deserve it walking in the door from 2 jobs. Why am I this way? Am I losing it?

you're being wayyy to hard on yourself🙇.. it sounds like when you were in you groove ,you had everything planned and worked out.. you were Superwoman👸 ..and as soon as 1 thing went wrong so did others and it stressed you out badly.. remember this: YOU STILL IS SUPERWOMAN!! 🙌 keep calm everything is gonna be good and it doesn't seem too bad.. just take it one step at a time.. as long as you are doing you're best You CANT fail. 💃be strong mama.. babies change the older they get so you'll have to always tweak the routine.👍@babyshreiner16
