Omg my breast hurt so freaking bad 😩😫😰😭😭 I am not breastfeeding but I had my baby girl 3 days ago and I guess all the milk just came in and it's hurts like hell to do anything I just wanna cry ! What can I do to make it stop and how long does this last 😣

@sharafacon1217, cold cabbage leaves and cold compress. DO NOT EXPRESS MILK! Your body will make more

it's normal ... its just the milk that's coming in . Your breast will also hurt when your baby is hungry.

Last about a week and a half. Pumping, warm compresses, hand expressing in the shower, and nursing on command

I went through the same thing with my daughter. I didn't breastfeed either I just dealt with the pain because at the time I was young and no one told me anything about my breast swelling after birth but it went away eventually on it's own @sharafacon1217 I would recommend tylenol though.
