What type of cereal should I start my son on?  He's four months old. And we got the okay from his doctor. I just can't remember if rice or oatmeal cereal would be better for him. TIA FTM

I'm starting with rice cereal (beech nut brand) I'm kind of glad I started with it since she's still getting used to swallowing and chewing so most, if not all, of it ends up on her face or bib LOL 😂

the one without gluten, so rice and corn are OK, and oats, etc after 6 months

I used multi grain. The just plain rice cereal made my son soooo constipated.
