well dont let anyone pressure u, it's ur choice. but if u feel like u cant handel the pain anymore dont feel bad if u choose to get one. okie :)

As far as the restraining order, the hospitals are awesome at keeping things under control, if you don't want someone there... they won't be! As far as getting an epidural... start educating yourself on all pain management techniques... read some books, hire a doula, and take birthing classes! I had an emergency arise, and had to be induced, but I was able to do it without any pain meds, because I had done all of those things... I also went into labor and delivery with an open mind, prepared with knowledge... I did meet with the anesthesiologist, and signed all the papers to use different pain meds... just in case I decided I needed it... I think that gave me peace, knowing i controlled what I needed and when. I plan to do the same with this pregnancy, I will do what I need to make it as safe as possible for the both of us!

His parents are crazy that's why I'm worried. There the kind that if we don't let them see the baby they'll call cps on us for some stupid reason. I didn't even want them know I was pregnant because me and hubby decide we don't want them in our child's life.. but he's aunt told them.. thank y'all for commenting!

if you tell the nurse station you don't want certain people there they cannot let them in to see you or the child. just let them know you have a legal restraining order and they are not to know what room you are in. and tell your dr that you don't want an epidural before you go into labor, make it very well known and they will follow what you say. no one else can make them give you drugs or medicine because it's your body and it's illegal
