When you still pump over 10oz after feedings. 😬😬

@lexonmars, I did in the beginning, now I don't clog & I've only had mastitis once. I pump after every feeding though & when away from babies I pump every 1.5-2hours. If I do 2-3 it'll be a MESS!

Yes what are these lactation treats? I've found some recipes on Pinterest but wasn't sure if they really worked. I've just been drinking Gatorade, water, and mother's milk tea... I've yet to really see any difference in my milk supply yet 😕
