@boymomdeux : totally understand. sometimes stimulation just isn't enough. my ob is the one who put me onto this. one malta goya a day or every other day; however, it kind of has a bitter taste, lol, and with brewer's yeast used to make a smoothie or cookies.
Do tell.....I nursed my first son for only four months then switched to formula. I simply wasn't producing. Due in May with my 2nd and hoping to nurse longer.
