So one month post Depo. Was on the shot for 3-4 years and recently stopped, last one was due December 2. How long was it after your last depo did you start ovulation? Just bought ovulation test strips and waited til after first period returned and ended to test and nothing.... I'm so impatient lol anyone try detoxing to help get back to normal and it work? Don't want to waste my time with gross juicing recipes if it doesn't work.
