is it normal for my week old to sleep all day and wake up every hourish at night.. all he wants to do is sleep and doesnt stay awake long during the day.. and if it is how/when do I switch his schedule?

yeah he's a new born that's normal my son and my daughter were that way as well. as he gets older it should change. if not during the day play with him a bit talk to him

ok thanx.@theirmommy20 I breastfeed and try to keep the lights on all day and he doesn't care lol but I'll try the bath

my hubby work 3-12 and sleeps 2-10 and since he is awake the most during that time it's hard on him cuz he wakes up with me wen he crys
