Ladies, question!
NO BIASED ANSWERS but I'm wondering if anyone has used a tanning bed while pregnant? I read that it's fine as long as you aren't over heating. Would 5 to 10 minutes be fine? I also know some salons have vitamin D beds. Thanks!

I was told no. Laying out on the real sun is fine but I would ask before you do

my friend asked when she was pregnant and was told it's a big nono. you can get a spray but I would definitely not go into a bed
