I'm going to switch. I stop taking the materna 2 days now. Have Dr appt on Monday so I will ask for something else.

yes heard a lot about Materna as well. let me know what he recommends. my doc chose this one cuz it's high in folic acid

I take extra folic acid with the materna because it only have 1 mg in it..Sure will let you know.
