can someone please tell me what this is?? it's all over my sons body even by his private and butt. it's little red dots every where. I taken him to the doctors and told them about it and they said If it's not bothering him then don't let it bother me. but it is bothering me.

that's the only thing I can think of too. it seems like it's spreading.

He may have a slight allergy to something, like the detergent or a soap. Even something that you use.

I really hope that it's not roseola... I just sent in a picture of it to my mid wife and she still hasn't replied back. I'm really thinking about taking him in to the er. it's even spreading by his eyes and stuff.
