Need some legal help/advice here. I'm 20 years old and the father of my baby has made it clear to me he wants nothing to do with the baby. I am now around 13 weeks. What steps and how soon do I have to take action in regards to getting child support.

As soon as the baby is born start the process because it can take monthsssss. You will have to go to court and I believe they will then send him a letter saying he needs to take a DNA test then everything will go on from there with obtaining records of his income and what not. Good luck momma💕 I'm a single mom myself, it's not hard but it's all worth. And.. you don't have to share your baby with anyone! It's great 😊
after the baby's born the court with ask for a DNA (most times) and from there they will decide on child support and everything else.
